The time has come!!!
Team MP is traveling from all over the province for the Open Summer Games in Rustenburg from the 26 - 31March 2023.

SASA-II in conjunction with the North West Province Department of Education will be hosting the SA Open Summer Games to be held in Rustenburg - Bojanala District from the 26th March2023 - 31st March 2023.
The Open Games cater for athletes who are above the age of 16 years. The following codes will be participating:
1. Black ball pool 🎱
2. Cricket 🏏
3. Hocker 🏑
4. Indoor rowing 🚣🏾♂️
5. Swimming 🏊♀️
6. Table tennis 🏓
Six provinces have confirmed their attendance namely; North West, Mpumalanga, Gauteng, Limpopo, Eastern Cape and KwaZulu Natal.
The opening ceremony will be held at the Fields College in Rustenburg on Monday the 27th March at 8am - 10am.
SASA-II President, Mr. Dikgwadi Mohlabi will deliver his keynote address and will welcome all athletes, officials, district and provincial officials from other provinces as well as the Head of schools from different provinces, whilst the North West Department of Education MEC will officially open the games.
The games will start from the 27th March 2023 at the Rustenburg Hoerskool, Bersig School and Christo Fields College and the program will run throughout the week, with the much-anticipated finals for the different codes taking place on Thursday 30th of March 2023, and Friday 31st March 2023.
The closing ceremony will be held on Friday the 31st of March 2023 at 13:00 at the Christo Fields College after the Cricket finals. The Executive Mayor of Bojanala District Municipality will welcome all the provinces that participated in these games.
SASA-II President Mr Dikgwadi Mohlabi will also deliver his address, and subsequent to his address, the North West Department of Education MEC will officially close the games.
Athletes and officials from the different provinces will then depart.
