Good people, I will be giving the annual Ghent University Nelson Mandela Lecture this week at De Krook in Ghent, followed by the opening of my exhibition ‘Strength and Resilience in the Western Cape’.

I want to keep the format more informal and interactive, so i will be in conversation with Adriaan van Dis and Bart Luirink.

The work in the show is more specific and born of a project which focuses at the nexus of climate change, migration and healthcare and is supported by CliMigHealth and the Africa Platform of Ghent University Association.
