Tipsy Sunday for our future bride and grooms🥳
1. Schedule a “private pause” together
At some point during the day, right after the ceremony or just before reception chaos. Take 10–15 minutes alone. No phones, no photographer, no guests.
This is often the only moment you’ll fully absorb what just happened. It grounds you emotionally and makes the day feel real instead of a blur.
2. Design one moment just for your future selves
Create something intentional that you’ll revisit years later:
• Write letters to open on your 5th anniversary
• Record a short video message to future you
• Choose a bottle of wine to age and open together
It turns your wedding into a long-term memory experience, not just a single day.
3. Flip the script: host, don’t perform
Most couples feel like they’re “on stage” all day. Instead, treat it like you’re hosting an incredible experience:
• Move around between guests instead of staying planted
• Create relaxed interaction moments (e.g. shared starters, picnic corners, lounge areas)
• Focus on connection over perfection
Guests don’t remember perfect timelines. They remember how they felt around you.
