5 Essential Considerations for Creating Branded Collateral

When producing custom-branded materials, keep these crucial factors in mind:

1. Production Time: Allow sufficient time for production, considering material sourcing and potential importation. Budget accordingly for your events, factoring in minimum 3-business-day lead times.

2. Quantities: Larger orders often reduce costs per unit but increase production time. Balance quantity and timeline requirements.

3. Design Expertise: Don't rely solely on your supplier's design capabilities. Engage an experienced designer to oversee the process and ensure high-quality output.

4. Sample Approval: Request samples before placing large orders to ensure quality, material, and design accuracy.

5. Mock-up Designs: Create detailed mock-ups to align stakeholders and suppliers, avoiding costly misunderstandings. This step ensures everyone is on the same page.
