At NUVO, we’ve always believed one thing: Pilates is for everybody. Wellness and movement doesn’t have an age limit; and neither does adventure.
That’s why we’re so excited to be partnering with Simuka Wellness Center for a special morning dedicated to our senior community. A day designed to move, create, connect and make new memories together.
Getting older doesn’t mean slowing down, and the incredible community at Simuka Wellness continues to prove just that. When they heard everyone talking about the new Tiger's Milk Zimbabwe, they wanted to experience it too. That was all the inspiration we needed to start planning for them.
This event isn’t just about Pilates, it’s about creating opportunities for our seniors to continue exploring, laughing, connecting and enjoying everything life has to offer.
