If you ever near Bancroft I highly recommend this little spot . Egan Shutes Provincial Park.
There’s no camping just a beautiful rapids that turn into waterfalls and a trail that runs on both sides. But that’s just part of it. The rock formations that are thousands of years old from the last ice age. The moss that covers them. Only if these rocks and these old trees could tell stories. Stepping back in time.

Doing a little fall camping with friends.
This is a great place for the young and the young at heart. It offers a couple of beautiful spots to swim. It has a trail that goes through a marsh on a broad walk a small loop very easy. Also offers play structure for children. Over all the park and park staff were very friendly ,clean and helpful!
If your just starting out with camping this place is for you located along HWY 7
