THE JOKER BRIGHTON PUB WEDDING

New blog post from this beautiful wedding at Brighton Town Hall followed by a reception at The Joker pub which is practically my local.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Brighton is Hayley and Ryan’s favourite city and they decided to spend their big day making it their own.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
When they told me about their plans they both said that seeing each other for the first time was what they were most looking forward to, closely followed by partying with their best people.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

BRIGHTON WEDDING ON 35MM Film

It’s always a pleasure when my clients say they would like some film images from their wedding day. Digital photography is wonderful, but there is something truly magical about the chemistry involved in film photography. The actual light on your wedding day is what makes the image. Now that to me is the very definition of romantic.

THE SECRET BARN WEDDING

A collection of Black & Whites from this perfect day. The delightful Alice and Ed choose to have their main wedding at the glorious Secret Barn in Sussex. This venue is that rare find - a barn that still maintains all of its rustic charm. It is also not just one barn; it is a collection of buildings on a working farm.

Hannah and her incredible team make it a very special experience for couples - from meeting you at the farmhouse door with a beautiful bouquet freshly picked from the field, to dishing up pavlova in the smaller barn (and yes, you are allowed seconds)

If your dream is a relaxed, countryside wedding in Sussex, I’d highly recommend it.

LONDON ENGAGEMENT PHOTOS

The lovely Rubi and Jay travelled from Northern Ireland to London for their engagement photos, as that is where their love began.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
After meeting me in their favourite pub in Covent Garden, which is also where they first met, we took a little stroll around the area. Pretty sure people thought they were celebrities, which is not surprising, as they did look so fine. We even got papped at one point by a Guardian photographer covering some nearby protests.

BRIGHTON TOWN HALL WEDDING

Kathi and Ray eloped to Brighton with just their daughters. After their wedding ceremony at Brighton Town Hall, they spent the day doing the things they love to do when they come to Brighton as a family. Their perfect day.
