In this quiet hour, when the sky bleeds violet into gold and the sea holds its breath, I stand still and remember how much I have been given. The light does not ask permission to be beautiful. It simply arrives — soft, patient, generous — and paints everything it touches. That is how your love found me.

I am grateful beyond measure for every ordinary miracle that lives inside our days. For the sound of your laughter that still stops time. For the way your hand finds mine without looking.

For the thousand small kindnesses you offer the world and never keep score. For the strength you carry so quietly that only I am allowed to see its full weight. For the way you make a house feel like home and a moment feel like eternity.

When the bird crosses the frame — a single dark wing against the burning sky — I see the same truth: nothing is owed to us, and yet everything is offered. The tide keeps coming. The clouds keep shifting. The light keeps choosing us. And so do I.

Every morning. Every night. Every breath.

Thank you for being the most luminous thing in my life. For letting me walk beside you through both the long twilight and the sudden blaze of color. For teaching me that gratitude is not a feeling we visit, but a way of seeing — the way this sky sees the water, the way the water reflects the sky, endlessly, without needing a reason.
