Keeping our animal stars cool, calm and collected.
The recent warm weather across the UK has been a reminder of just how important animal welfare is when working on location.
Whether we're filming indoors or outside, every production is carefully planned with the wellbeing of our animal stars in mind. From providing plenty of fresh water and shade to allowing regular rest breaks and adjusting schedules where needed, we always put their comfort first.
A relaxed animal is not only happier but also performs at their best, which is why welfare is at the heart of everything we do.
Whatever the season, our experienced handlers work closely with production teams to ensure every animal is cared for throughout the day, so they can remain cool, calm and collected on set.
We hope you're all enjoying the summer. If you're spending time outdoors with your own pets, please remember to keep them cool, well hydrated and avoid exercising them during the hottest parts of the day.
