Stop Calling Yourself a “Certified Paranormal Investigator”
Let’s get something straight right now.
If you walk into a terrified family’s living room claiming to be a “Certified Paranormal Investigator,” you are a fraud handing them a dangerous lie. You sat at a computer desk, printed a cheap piece of paper off the internet, pressed a shiny foil seal onto it, and gave yourself a puffed-up title so you could play doctor in someone else's nightmare.
Who certified you? What accredited institution did you attend? Show me the diploma. Show me the classroom. Show me the professor who sat you down and laid out the physical blueprints of a spirit: what it is made of, how its features are constructed, and the exact mechanics of how it operates.
You can’t. Because that school does not exist. Nobody on God’s green earth holds the factory manual for the supernatural.
I started doing this work in 1982. That is over 44 years of hard, boots-on-the-ground experience in the field. I have stood in the middle of real, oppressive, suffocating darkness in homes where people were out of their minds with fear. Most of these kids throwing around the word "certified" on television and social media were not even a thought in their parents' minds when I took my first call.
And after more than four decades in the trenches, do you know what title I carry? Not certified.
Playing Games with Human Lives
What makes this repulsive is not just your bloated ego. It is the outright danger you are putting innocent people in.
When you look a frightened homeowner in the eye and call yourself "certified," you are promising them safety. You are telling them, "Don't worry, I have a paper credential, so I can fix this."
You are lying to them.
Nobody can promise that. Ordained priests spend years in seminaries giving their lives to God, and when they conduct an exorcism, it can take months or even years of brutal spiritual warfare to drive out an entity. Yet here you come, walking in with a weekend certificate, pretending you have a handle on forces that have existed since the dawn of time.
Do you even understand what you are messing with? On this earth, the line is drawn plain and simple: there are human beings, God Almighty, the Lord Jesus Christ, His holy angels, and there is pure, unadulterated evil.
We are made of flesh and bone. We break. We bleed. We get hurt. You are not invulnerable, and your fake certificate is not a piece of armor.
A Direct Challenge to the Pretenders
If you do not know what you are doing, throwing around bogus words like "certified" will get you and the people you claim to help into more destruction in two shakes of a lamb's tail than your little mind can comprehend.
Over 44 years, I learned the hard way that there are no shortcuts when dark things are in the room. I learned five simple words that strip away the lies and test an entity on the spot: "Who is the holy water?"
And if you don't know the answer to that, the holy water is Jesus Christ, Son of God.
A demonic entity cannot answer that question. To answer it, it would have to speak His name, and its tongue will not allow it. That truth was not written on a PDF certificate you bought for fifty bucks. It was paid for in sweat, stress, and decades of trial.
So to every self-proclaimed "certified" investigator strutting around with a camera and a fake title: You ought to be deeply ashamed of yourselves.
You are blind men leading the blind. You are pretenders playing with matches in a powder keg.
Until you have stood in a true, terrifying haunting, until you have hit your thumb with the proverbial paranormal hammer and felt the crushing pain of this work, you do not know a single thing. If you survive that, you might be qualified to say you know a little something. But you will never be certified.
Tear up your fake documents. Drop the arrogant titles. Either respect the weight of what is out there, or pack up your toys and get out of the way of the people who actually do the work.
