Hello Beautiful Human!👋🏼 I’ve gained some new followers lately and realized it might be time to reintroduce myself.

I’m a homeschool mom who runs on coffee, curiosity, and what I call structured chaos. Most days you’ll find me juggling lessons, workouts, and whatever new interest has caught my attention.

Here is me in a nutshell:

• Family is first, my husband and my girls are always priority
• INFJ - Myers-Briggs personality type
• Tattoo lover
• Mid 30’s millennial who officially feels old when it comes to social media.
• Endurance sports are my therapy — cycling and running — but I also love lifting heavy
• I’m currently 6 months into growing out a buzzcut (which has been a whole journey in itself)
• Science fiction/fantasy books and TV are my favorite escape
• Japanese and Thai food will always win when I’m choosing dinner
• The monthly game night we host has became one of my favorite traditions
• I’m newly obsessed with the Pokémon Trading Card Game
• I love houses and architecture and one day hope to become a realtor
• Organizing things and collecting office supplies might be my most underrated hobby

Photography has always been a huge creative outlet for me. I have a deep passion for it, and while life looks a little different right now, I’m doing my best to keep that creative spark alive in this season.

This recent family session was full of movement, laughter, and that beautifully chaotic energy that only comes when everyone is just being themselves. Kid running wild and moments unfolding naturally instead of being forced… those are always the sessions that hit differently. The kind where you leave a little muddy, a little out of breath, and full with love.

And while I love a colorful gallery, I have to say—there’s just something about bright cropped black & white portraits that stop me in my tracks every time. The emotion feels louder. The connection feels deeper. No distractions, just them.

I truly think we need more black & white in our lives. The timelessness, the rawness, the way it highlights feeling over everything else… it deserves a bigger place in our galleries again.

Bo***ir isn’t just for women—it’s for everyone. Confidence, self-expression, and feeling good in your own skin aren’t limited by gender, and sessions like this are the perfect reminder of that.

I absolutely loved this session with KJ. Every single time he stepped in front of my camera, he brought the kind of energy that’s impossible to fake—confident, fun, and completely himself. That’s what makes a bo***ir session powerful. It’s not about fitting a mold, it’s about owning who you are.

Men deserve to feel sexy, confident, and seen too—and KJ showed exactly what that looks like. 🔥

2.5 years ago, I did one of my favorite photo sessions I’ve ever created—one where my girls had complete creative control. ♥️

They chose their own outfits, did their own hair and makeup, and showed up exactly as they felt the most beautiful.

I remember asking if they wanted to pick everything themselves, and the excitement was instant—running to their closets, grabbing ALL the lipsticks (some didn’t survive 😅), and fully embracing the moment. When we got to our spot, I laid everything out and let them get ready however they wanted… no direction, no “fixing,” just them. And honestly? It was magic.

They felt confident. Seen. Free to express themselves without any outside expectations. It was such a powerful reminder that beauty, should come from within—not from trends or what we think looks best.

We so often style our kids based on our vision… but what happens when we let them show us theirs?

Today’s throwback highlight is a family session with a unique location, the client’s home. 🤍

These sessions are always a little extra special to me because they capture something no studio or outdoor location can recreate—your real life. The chair where you read bedtime stories, the kitchen where little hands help make pancakes, the hallway where the kids run laps.

Every home session ends up completely unique because it’s built around your space and your family’s personality. No two are ever the same, and that personal touch is what makes these images so meaningful years later.

Bo***ir doesn’t have to mean elaborate lingerie or showing it all. Some of my favorite images are the simplest ones that are paired with a t-shirt, natural light, and someone stepping into their confidence. It’s about realizing your beauty, strength, and power exactly as you are.

Sexy is an attitude that radiates from your soul when you feel confident. Self love is the sexiest thing a person can wear! 🖤
