Wondering what to shoot this weekend during our NCAR photo walk?
We got you! ➡️
This will be the perfect weekend to shoot some 100 ISO film especially if you haven’t tried it before!
We currently have plenty of Ektar in 35mm and maybe even a couple 120 rolls!
If you like vivid colors and fine grain try Ektar.
We’re always surprised why FP4 is not more popular.
Perhaps it’s because of the low ISO?
FP4 is a 125 ISO film and is very similar to its brother HP5 400, so if you shot one but not the other don’t be scared to switch it up!
Elektra is a wonderful film stock by Flic Film!
We love it for its sharpness and colors, and it comes highly recommended by nature photographers.
If you still haven’t tried Kodacolor 200 this is your sign!
And, of course, you can never go wrong with Gold.
Everyone at Victory Camera loves this stock!
Some of us prefer the 120 version over the 35mm so here are some examples of both for you to decide.
Even though it’s ISO 200 don’t be scared to use it in challenging situations.
Cinestill BW XX is know for its rich contrast and would be a wonderful choice for the sunny Colorado landscapes!
Note that Cinestill recommends shooting it at ISO 250 in daylight and ISO 200 under tungsten lights.
If you’re not a fan of low ISO film Ultramax 400 is there for you!
Ultramax will be a great choice for those of you who want to shoot the same film during the photo walk as well as indoors at the pub.
And, last but not least, another wonderful 400 ISO film stock but this time in black and white.
Ilford HP5 and you can’t go wrong!
