Did you know this family hadnā€™t had official photos done in over TWENTY years? To say this session was overdue would be a vast understatement. I know the idea of extended family photos is daunting. Trust me, I get it. Lining up everyoneā€™s schedules, planning coordinating outfits, wondering if the smallest kids will ā€œcooperate.ā€ Just to get everyone together is a feat all in itself.

But man, is it worth it. Forget the idea that everyone and everything needs to be perfect. Just get everyone together and let me make the magic. They chose one of my *favorite* locations on my location guide and we spent the evening throwing rocks in the water, watching the sun go down, and teasing each other like family members do best.

If you got the end of this and realized that maybe itā€™s been too many years since your last session, letā€™s talk. Because it doesnā€™t *have* to be daunting. āœØ

Oh man, these two are just adorable. šŸ„¹ I took Bryce and Maddieā€™s senior photos a few years ago and now theyā€™re tying the knot this year!! I canā€™t tell you how special it is to see them start their lives together. Maddie is a girl after my own heart and just finished nursing school and is going to work in the NICU (okay, boss bitchhhhh) and Bryce somehow puts up with my ornery dad every day at workā€¦ which if you know Bruceā€¦ thatā€™s quite the accomplishment šŸ¤Ŗ I just canā€™t wait for their wedding and Iā€™m sure Iā€™ll be sharing many many more from their dreamy engagement sesh. āœØā¤ļø.
