The love of a dog is a unique kind of love.
They love us selflessly through every season of life, at our best, at our worst, and through everything in between. No matter what kind of day you’ve had, they’re always there waiting at the door, tail wagging, just happy that you’re home.
For so many of us, our dogs are so much more than pets. They are family. They are our adventure buddies, our comfort on hard days, and some of the most loyal companions we’ll ever know.
I’ve often wondered why we don’t get more time with them. Maybe that’s what makes their love so special. They give us everything they have during the short time they’re here. I’ve heard it said that dogs are only a part of our lives, but to them, we are their whole world. If you have a pup (or several), I highly encourage you to include them in your photos. One day, those images will be absolutely priceless.
