· 10/30/26 Update Mr. Eddie was able to have to have his MRI this morning which we were very thankful for.
There is no damage to the brain stem, which was a significant worry. However, if he is able to come off the sedation, he will have vision and some motor deficits, which will not be known until the sedation is gone, which could be days because of his heart and kidney function.
He also has been seizure free, which we are thankful for, but as the sedation comes off, if the seizures return, this will be a significant set back.
As Amanda said earlier, the roller coaster continues. While this day has not necessarily been the best news, it has definitely not the worst we were fearing. To give you an idea of the timeline, the intensivist managing his care today told Matthew that he is off for nine days and he fully expects for his dad to be here when he comes back.
As always, we are thankful to everyone for reaching out to us. Please continue to keep us in your thoughts and prayers, especially Matthew’s mom who I feel like is so exhausted, but continues to be a constant presence at his side.

🚨 **URGENT: We need a miracle, and we need your prayers right now.** 🚨
Our hearts are heavy, but our faith is strong. Farmer Eddie is facing an intense battle, and we are fiercely believing for a miracle!
Right now, he is in the fight of his life, and we are asking his friends, family, and community to stand in the gap for him today. On October 25th Farmer Eddie developed a major brain bleed. He was rushed into emergency brain surgery. Just hours later, a second brain bleed sent him back into the operating room for another emergency procedure. Surgeons were able to stop the bleeding, but Farmer Eddie has sustained brain damage. Tomorrow, he undergoes an MRI that will show the extent of the impact on his brain.
**This is where we need you.**
Prayer moves mountains, and we need every single voice lifted up right now:
1. **Pray for complete healing and restoration** over his mind and body.
2. **Pray for tomorrow’s MRI results** to show no permanent brain damage.
3. **Pray for peace, strength, and clarity** for our family as we travel this difficult road. 😔

I feel like I’ve seen so many people dread turning 30, and honestly, I don’t feel that way at all. I’m actually excited to see what this next decade of my life brings.

When I look back at the first 30 years of my life I feel nothing but greatful. God has blessed me with an amazing life, and I’m thankful for every single day I’ve been given. For the memories I’ve made, the lessons I’ve learned, and everything that has brought me to where I am today. Turning 30 just feels like another milestone and another opportunity to see what life has in store.

I’m grateful for the road behind me, excited for the road ahead, and trusting God with wherever it leads. 🤎

Hi everyone! Unfortunately pumpkin patch minis this Saturday October 10th are canceled due to weather. I have sent out emails with backup options. 🤍

Due to circumstances beyond our control, we have made the difficult decision to close the farm this weekend, Friday/Saturday Oct 9th & 10th. Thank you for always supporting us and we will see you next weekend!
