After Bessy said “yes,” the surprise turned into a quiet celebration by the water—walking hand in hand, admiring the ring, and taking in the reality that they were officially engaged.

Alex and Bessy’s proposal session at the Adler Planetarium Skyline Walk captured more than one big moment. It preserved all the little ones that followed: the relieved smiles, the close embraces, the spontaneous laughter, and the excitement of stepping into a brand-new chapter together.
