🍂 THAT'S A WRAP ON OCTOBER! 🍂

After weeks of back-to-back sessions, weddings, chasing fall colors & sunsets, and making the absolute most of this unusually beautiful October weather, I've officially wrapped up my last scheduled sessions of the month!

Now it's time to trade those evenings behind the camera for some serious quality time behind the computer. 😂💻

November is officially EDITING SEASON!

While I may have a few sessions here and there, my shooting schedule has dropped off significantly, which means I'll finally have more uninterrupted time to work through this very full gallery queue.

If you're waiting on photos, this is the part you've been waiting for! I'll be hunkering down at my editing desk, getting proofs out, finishing galleries, and moving everyone through the tracker as quickly as I can without sacrificing the quality and care each gallery deserves.

Thank you all for an absolutely incredible fall season, for keeping my calendar full, and especially for your patience as I work through the busiest stretch of my year.

Now, somebody bring me an Alani. I've got some editing to do. 🤎

Vera | Newborn

There's something really special about photographing a family more than once.

It's getting to see how much has changed since the last time you were together. It's recognizing familiar faces, meeting brand-new ones, and realizing you've become a small part of documenting a family's history.

A couple of years ago, I photographed Vera's big brother as a newborn, snuggled up with the very same teddy bear she's holding in these photos.

And now, here she is. A whole new little person, with a whole new chapter of memories ahead of her. 🤍

This is why I love what I do.

🍂 GALLERY TRACKER UPDATE! 🍂

The tracker is looking quite crowded right about now... 😂

I've been shooting like CRAZY these past couple weeks, taking full advantage of the fall colors and the unusually warm weather we've been having! My calendar has been absolutely packed, and this week is no exception. I'm shooting every evening from Wednesday through Sunday, including a wedding!

BUT! There is light at the end of the tunnel! 🙌

This weekend marks my LAST big weekend of shooting for the season! While I may have a handful of sessions sprinkled throughout November (and Christmas at the Farm!), my shooting schedule drops off significantly after THIS Sunday.

And you know what that means? It's time to trade my camera for my editing desk. 💻

November is shaping up to be a month dedicated almost entirely to editing, which means I'll finally have significantly more uninterrupted time to work through my queue and get these galleries moving!

I know so many of you are eagerly awaiting your photos, and I appreciate your patience more than you know. I'm just as excited to get these beautiful galleries into your hands!

For now, here's where everything stands! As always, I'll continue updating this tracker as galleries move through the process.

SNEAK PEEK: The Baiers | 10.10.26

Stayed up late to finish these but can you blame me?

I don't think we could've asked for a more beautiful fall day to celebrate these two.

From some of the most heartfelt, beautifully written speeches I've ever had the privilege of hearing, to happy tears, nonstop laughter, and quite possibly the longest veil I've ever photographed — this wedding was one for the books.

There was so much love in that room, and you could feel it in every part of the day.

And because no wedding day is complete without a little chaos, I also photographed my first photo dash, which may or may not have resulted in a broken couch. 😂🫣

If you have completed your final selections, please be sure to let me know! It's common for clients to revisit their lists and edit them, so I don't want to begin final edits if you're not ready. Without confirmation, your session will either continue sitting in limbo or selections will be made for you!

I have a weekend PACKED with peak color sessions starting tomorrow. Within the next week, I'm slated to complete the rest of the S'mores Sessions and remaining senior proof galleries along with the Carty Wedding final gallery and Baier Wedding sneak peeks! 🍂
