I love summer. I know it's blazing hot right now, but I love summertime. This summer I've had beautiful weddings, proposals, and newborns. I have a Galveston Wedding and summer trip coming up before Summer ends. I will just try to soak it all up a little longer. ☀️🏖️🕶️

I photographed the most beautiful proposal at Brenner's on the Bayou this weekend. It felt like it was straight out of a Hollywood movie. Michael flew in from New York to surprise Melissa and proposed to her under the gazebo in the garden surrounded by fresh flowers. They celebrated with both sides of their family afterwards. It was a beautiful day! The lighting on that gazebo at Brenner's in the morning is so beautiful for photos!

Shout out to all the fun horizontal Reception photos. I am often sharing the gorgeous portraits of Bride and Groom or Bride getting ready, but so much of the wedding day is the candid Celebration photos. Phones and Instagram being used vertically makes me share a lot of vertical photos, but there are a lot of amazing horizontal photos I send to clients too!

Kelsey and Hayden's Wedding was so perfect! They had a super sweet family and fun friends that had a blast on the dance floor. It was a super fun wedding to document! I'm so happy for them!
