Each villa offers 2-3 bedrooms, full kitchen, bath, living room with open air, Gulf facing covered porches. Cay Pointe Villa is family owned and operated. We are home to many four generations guests. Our motto: “Come as a Guest and Leave as Friends”, is true for many families. We enjoy being small and personal and hosting their family celebrations. Once our guests find our slice of heaven, they re
turn year after year. Our office houses their photos, children’s drawings and our web site and page hosts the pictures they send. We are truly in the people business. We watch the guest toddlers out-grow the highchairs and ask for the Barbie dolls and/or car sets from the office closet. We watch the young adults develop and grow and some return to us with their wedding plans. We celebrate with their friends and family and toast their vows on our beautiful beach .
