Haylee once told Chayton he’d make a great boyfriend… but he wasn’t her type.

Well, that aged well. 😂

These two met at UPS, where Haylee was his supervisor. A birthday party invite led to a first date, and they’ve been pretty much inseparable ever since. On October 17, they made it official at The View at Plum Creek!

Zachary + Lyndsay grew up an hour apart in Kentucky but somehow had to move to San Diego to meet at a UK football watch party. 😂

Last Friday brought them home to get married at Castle & Key!

We also filmed their DJ and cake baker’s wedding, too, so getting to work alongside DJ K3V + Kristen’s Kreations made it that much better!! Always love seeing my couples again!

Being married to your best friend looks pretty dang fun on these two. 🤍

Allie + JT met in high school, found their way back to each other, and built a whole life together. They love joking around and know exactly how to make each other laugh. That friendship is such a big part of their story.

ZHIYUN gifted me the M60 Ultra to test out, but that didn’t mean it got a free pass on set. 😂

We had one hour to turn this studio into a full hype video set, so every light had to earn its spot. The main lights gave me the beams through the fog, but the background still needed something.

I dropped the M60 behind the dancers, switched it to RGB, and used the red accent to give them more separation from the background. It wasn’t the biggest light in the setup, but it helped bring the entire look together!

Y’all this ring exchange took a turn 😂

Mom took off to find the rings, the bride provided the hold music and the officiant called a commercial break. You truly could not have scripted this any better.

Okay, I knew this little light was good, but seeing this before and after side by side is kind of ridiculous 😂

Wedding days don’t always give you the perfect place to shoot the rings. I found a dark corner, locked my camera, and kept every setting exactly the same. The only thing I changed in the comparison was turning on the ZHIYUN M60 Ultra.

From there, I added a little movement, texture, and atmosphere to build the final shot. For something small enough to throw in my bag, this thing seriously impressed me!

Nothing brings wedding guests together like realizing the groom’s zipper is down at the exact same time 😂

Turn the sound ON for the perfectly timed “OH!” followed by Bailey casually saying, “Let me go ahead and put that up real quick.” 💀

Crisis averted. Zipper secured. First look saved. 😂

I’ve listened to the “OH!” approximately 47 times 😂

Courtney + Jeff | 'I FEEL FREAKIN’ MARRIED DAWG'

Courtney ran back for a kiss after their first dinner. Now we’re here. Private vows, vintage cars, and “I FEEL FREAKIN’ MARRIED DAWG.” You’ll want the sound on for this one.

These two brought their energy and their whole hearts to Bryton Barn. Her brother walking her down the aisle, honoring her dad and Pa, and little Lainey getting into Mom’s dress. For Courtney, Jeff is the rainbow after the storm, and this celebration had so much more behind it than just saying “I do.”

Here’s to a lifetime of love, laughter, and running back for one more kiss.

When Brandi and John first reached out about doing a creative Save The Date video, I was immediately in.

Because honestly… why just tell people your wedding date when you can make them feel something?

This wasn’t your normal “smile at the camera and hold a sign” kind of thing. It was intentional, fun, a little cinematic, and fully them — which is exactly how it should be.

Brides, this is your sign to make your engagement season feel more like a movie trailer and less like a calendar reminder.

Also, fair warning: if you bring me a creative idea, I’m probably going to get way too excited about it.

Congrats again, Brandi and John. This was such a fun one to create.
