Caleb J Photography I first became a photographer because of my love for the outdoors. I want you all to see the fantasy in reality that nature provides.

Capturing the natural beauty of the Schoharie Valley and the Catskill Mountain Range, Caleb celebrates the region's breathtaking landscapes, hidden gems and ever changing seasons through story telling and artistic imagery. Since then my goal has always been to inspire people to get outdoors and enjoy the beauty that can be found in the wild. Too often we forget what a magical planet we live on. I think that most photographers would agree that what we do is a form of art. As an artist, my photography is an expression of how I see the world we live in. Thank you so much for letting me share that vision with you.

We’ve had an absolutely beautiful Autumn this year. The colors and the weather have been nothing short of fantastic and it’s been a joy to experience it here in the Schoharie Valley. As the leaves begin to brown and fall to the ground, it feels bittersweet. Yet, somehow it feels comforting too. Maybe because it’s time for hot tea and honey. Time for soups and stews brewing in the kitchen and every day is a great day for a hoodie. Today I count myself lucky to live in such a beautiful place, surrounded by friends and family and a warm house to come home to. Goodnight y,all…

Thank you all for the wonderful feedback on my images recently! I love hearing what all of you think of each image! Since we’re deep into Pumpkin season now, I thought why not ask for your feedback on a couple pumpkin images from down at Barber’s Farm.
