A beautiful reminder of the goodness found in a day like this. Two lives, one promise, and so many people gathered to celebrate it. 🤎

Janine reached out to me a few weeks before her special day, unsure if she wanted to go through with hiring a photographer because her wedding was more lowkey. I am beyond grateful that she did though, because when my husband and I arrived and started to get set-up, we could see how much joy and love radiated from her and her husband-to-be!! I got to spend an afternoon with some of the sweetest girls from Glam & Grit while they celebrated finishing their 1,500 hours of cosmetology school!

There was so much personality in this group, and getting to capture each of them in their own way was so fun. A few of my favorites because I couldn’t let these stay hidden in my camera roll forever 🥹✨

Honoring the men and women who ran toward danger when others were running away.

A little throwback to the photoshoot with my dad and some of his fellow firefighters during training. So grateful for the people who choose to serve, protect, and show up for their communities.

Remembering the lives lost, the heroes who answered the call, and the families who carry their memory. 🤍
