REMEMBERING HUGH TURBEVILLE!
My First Cousin, Hugh Turbeville from Olanta, SC would have been 67 years old today. My dad and his mom were brother/sister. We were born 10 days apart. For three summers my brother, Michael and I would drive back and forth to ther farm in Olanta and crop ‘bacca!” Everyone that ever met him a crazy story or two about “TURBO”. Sadly, he passed away many years ago. He was a father to two sons, Lance who just graduated from High School in Virginia with extremely high scholastic grades and his other son Scott. Scott, his wife and two boys, Stone & Julian, moved to Key West 5 or so years ago. It has been over a decade since I had seen them. I drove down to Key West last weekend to visit and hang out with all of them! It was just great. Crystal is doing well as a pharmacist there and Hugh’s grandsons are very active in a Young Adult Navy program down there and doing extremely well in school! We all miss you Hugh! Happy Heavenly Birthday! All is really well with your boys and grandsons! They are all fine Americans! Rest easy cuz!
And Happy Birthday to his two sisters also born on 14 July, Virginia Talbert & Lynn Melton.
