So at long last… my 2007 live action movie Decepticons are finally complete whe I got this guy: Dr. Wu “Disc Jockey” (Frenzy). I know there been previous iterations of Frenzy but I never got a chance to pick the up. This version is slightly big for MPM scale but that’s fine. More details I guess. He’s a cool and funny looking guy.

(And yes, I know the Mercedes SLS AMG Soundwave was not in the 2007 movie— just there for size comparison).

A shot I took a few years ago…. I feel like we’re entering a brave new world now. We must be strong and bold. While there is some uncertainty, I believe we as a community can come together and move forward with all new stories to tell and memories to make. What was started now must continue and evolve.

I’m reminded of the ending of Beast Machines where the Oracle tells Cheetor: “At long last, transform your destiny… transform and … transcend.”

AotP Solus Prime with Achai Studios upgrade kit and AotP Prima Prime with Achai Studios upgrade kit.

I really like these add-ons for them because it truly makes the like robotic knights in shining armor. They are pricey though. It’s almost like double or even triple the price of the original toy, but in the end, I think it’s worth it. The axe was actually from the Prima Prime Achai kit. So I just gave it to Solus Prime. The additional foot attachments gives her some height. The chest armor gives her bust a little more pronunciation. Her side skirts make her hips a little wider. And the new head sculpt does make her look cooler. The shield just completes the overall look.

So I stumbled upon this truly awesome artwork last week by Zamy_TF and the concept was so inspiring that I had to ask them for permission to recreate this post! To me, it was such a masterpiece of Optimus Prime wanting to go home and the Ark being right above him. Thankfully they gave me their blessing to recreating. Thank you so much Zamy_TF !
