It’s amazing how much women hesitate when it comes to doing something good for themselves.

There needs to be a reason.
Besides just pure enjoyment.

I’m guilty, too.
It’s easier for me to shop for others than myself.
I almost turned down a massage on the beach- my husband had to convince me to do it.
And, I feel like a naps are taking up my time.

I’m getting much better, though.

Showing up for me without the guilt.
Resting when my body wants without the guilt.
Eating the food I’m craving, without the guilt.
Buying the shoes I want without guilt.

Do what you want for you, without the guilt.
The future you will be grateful you took chances.
