IMPORTANT BUSINESS & SCHEDULING UPDATE ✨
As of October 7, 2026, all scheduled sessions and services will proceed as planned. Sessions will not be postponed or rescheduled due to inclement weather unless weather conditions are actively affecting the safety or ability to conduct the session at the scheduled time.
📅 2026 Calendar — Fully Booked
Our 2026 calendar is officially full and closed. We are no longer accepting additional bookings or adding sessions to the 2026 schedule.
All new inquiries and bookings will be accepted for 2027 only.
Please also be aware that significant changes are coming to the business in the near future. We sincerely appreciate our former families, current families, new families, and everyone who continues to support, follow, and trust our work as we transition into this next chapter.
⏳ Turnaround Time
Our standard turnaround time remains approximately 30 business days, or roughly 6 weeks.
Please keep this timeframe in mind when booking and planning for the delivery of your images and/or services. Turnaround times are established to allow us to maintain the quality and level of service our clients expect.
📌 2026 Schedule & Outstanding Communication
At this point, the 2026 schedule is locked and finalized.
If your session or service is not currently listed on our official schedule, it will not be accommodated within the 2026 calendar. No additional appointments will be added outside of the established schedule unless its for 2027.
Please also be advised that unused credits associated with services that were not scheduled within the designated timeframe may be forfeited. Multiple emails, notices, and attempts to establish communication have been made when necessary.
Likewise, payments may be forfeited when applicable, particularly in circumstances where multiple reasonable attempts have been made by the photographer/business to establish communication, obtain the necessary information, or finalize scheduling.
We understand that these policies may not be ideal for everyone. However, they are necessary to maintain a manageable, organized, and equitable schedule especially when operating with a fully booked calendar.
Clear policies and consistent communication allow us to honor the commitments made to every client who has successfully scheduled their service.
📧 Communication Hours
Effective immediately, business communication hours are:
Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
We will make reasonable efforts to communicate with clients, respond to inquiries, and follow up when necessary. However, clients are ultimately responsible for responding to emails and providing the information required to schedule, confirm, or maintain their services.
We will no longer repeatedly pursue clients for responses regarding services that have already been paid for. If multiple attempts have been made to establish communication and no response is received within 24-48 hours, we reserve the right to proceed according to the policies outlined above.
🤍 A Final Note
This is a small business that has been successfully operating for more than 11 years, guided by faith, hard work, dedication, and above all with respect and integrity.
We understand that not everyone will agree with every policy or business decision we make and that is okay. We respect our clients' right to provide feedback and express their opinions.
At the same time, feedback must remain truthful, respectful, and appropriate. False statements, harassment, abusive communication, or personal attacks will not be tolerated.
Our business is important to us, but our personal lives, families, time, and well-being are equally important. Maintaining healthy boundaries is necessary for us to continue serving our clients and operating this business successfully.
If our boundaries, policies, or approach to business are not something you can respect or support, we completely understand. You are welcome to make the decision that is best for you, including choosing to unfollow our business.
