Bruce Willis… 💔my dear friend Shan and her family had to say goodbye to their pup, Bruce Willis. The most perfect gentleman. Bruce felt like more than a dog.. somehow he felt human. He was so in tune with his people. And had such a special bond with each of them. My heart just aches knowing the void they feel. Gosh he was a lucky pup to be loved by these humans. He was part of their everything… camp trips, Halloween costumes, projects, Shan’s content, family pictures, walks, park days, and even Shan’s favorite green blankie. I got to take pictures of Bruce a few times over the years and every time I was amazed at what an absolute perfect gentleman he was. That’s what I always called him. Oh Brucie. You are so missed sweet, sweet Pup.💔

Maryn Langham… Mead Senior. Maryn brought her whole family to her shoot and they started off with a family mini session. What a fun family! I see why Maryn is the awesome human that she is! She’s played club soccer virtually her entire life so of course now plays for Mead. She also golfs at Mead. She’s also in Yearbook, is part of National Honors Society, is in LinkCrew, and on the Bite2Go Teen Board 😳 Can’t wait to see what colleges think of that resume! When she’s not doing allll that, she loves hanging out with her friends. Speaking of her friends… they doubted Maryn would give me her genuine smile at her shoot, so they all showed up in complete and total ridiculousness at the end of her shoot to make sure true Maryn shined. Goal accomplished! Maryn (along with the rest of us) were all in complete belly laughs to end her shoot. Great work girls!💪

Blake Kernen… Cheney Senior. This shoot was extra special. “Oswald Field” at Cheney High School was named after Blake’s grandpa. So of course we had to take some pics there. I’m so glad we did. Blake is a wide receiver and his younger brother is his back up 🥹 The morning of Blake’s shoot was rainy so we moved it back two hours and the weather ended up being perfect… the clouds covered the harsh sun so we could get the angle we needed in order to get Blake in front of his grandpa’s sign 💕 Blake lost his dad last year, but he was very much with us at this shoot. His mom does an amazing job keeping him alive and brought him up many times. She said Blake looks so much like him ❤️ I think he is so proud of you Blake… from just one hour with you, I’m a fan and am praying so much good ahead for you 🙏🏼

Peyton Prazak… University High School Senior. We woke up the morning of Peyton‘s shoot and we were socked in with the thickest fog! It was unexpected, but so cool and unique! And she was there for it! Her and her mom followed me all over the place. When I would see the sun pop through, we would hop in cars and race over. We met a wildlife photographer who was there tracking a moose. We hoped we could find her and get her in the background of one of Peyton‘s pics, but no luck. Peyton‘s mom mentioned at the beginning of our shoot that Peyton rocks a decent Irish jig. It was my mission to get her to bust that puppy out for me and finally at the end of our shoot. she did! And yep… the girl can jig! Peyton wants to be an elementary teacher when she grows up and I can just imagine how much those kids would love her. Peyton make sure you bust out that jig for them when the time comes ❤️

Vihaan Rajeev… Gonzaga Prep Senior. I got to shoot Vihaan’s older brother a few years ago so it was so fun to meet the younger of the two. Vihaan loves sports… mostly basketball and golf. I loved hearing how him and his buddies spent many days over the summer at different courses and courts all over town. Vihaan has such a good head on his shoulders, is so kind, smart, and easy going! I’m excited to see what’s next for you Vihaan!

Jax Taylor… Valley Tech Senior. I couldn’t have loved this shoot an ounce more. Jax is quite possibly the kindest guy I’ve ever met. He’s a big teddy bear. He’s super into STEM & Finance. It’s fitting that he wants to go into Environmental Economics after high school. He had to explain what that was to me. And now I can’t remember 😳Jax you’re so smart! He also loves video games and dungeons & dragons and he works at GESA. He’s into student leadership and Future Business Leaders of America. You won’t be surprised to hear that he wore a full suit to the first day of school. And of course it was one of his outfits for his senior pics. Jax you’re one in a million in the best possible way! Cannot wait to watch all you conquer in life!!!

Sydney Bagley… Gonzaga Prep Senior. A red dress and white cowgirl boots on the sweetest senior??? YES PLEASE! Sydney and her parents were so sweet and great to work with. She
plays soccer and lacrosse for Prep. She loves to be outside and to travel. I loved this location for her! And even though she warned me that she “wasn’t good at taking pictures”, I disagree Sydney… you absolutely rocked it!

Ashtyn McKinney… Ferris Senior. I’ve gotten to take this cutie’s pics virtually her whole life. I remember going to their home to take infant photos of her baby sister when she was probably two years old. And years later, heading out to their lake cabin for a family shoot. And so many full and mini sessions in between. Now senior pics 🥹It is such an honor every time I get asked back and I feel so blessed to have these kids and families in my life 🙏🏼Ashton had such a simple but stunning theme for her senior pictures and I loved her vision! She’s stuck to all cream outfits it all was so cohesive! Although Ashtyn is a Ferris senior, she also does running start. She wants to pursue dental hygiene after she graduates like her mom. Ashtyn, I have loved watching you grow up and I really hope our shoots don’t stop here! 🩷

C**t Few… Gonzaga Prep Senior. C**t is the last Few senior 😥Getting to know this family over the years has been incredible. With the fame that has come their way with the incredible success of C**t’s dad Mark, coaching Gonzaga men’s basketball for almost 30 years and being inducted into the Basketball Hall of Fame this year, you would think they could be snooty or pretentious. But NOPE… they are the most down to earth, kind, humble, and generous family. And C**t follows suit. What a GREAT kid. His smile is worth a million bucks and he truly has the sweetest demeanor. He wasn’t too cool for any ridiculous thing I asked him to do and cruised around downtown with his mom and I for as long as we wanted. All 3 of C**t’s older siblings have moved out now which was fresh at our shoot and I loved & hated how much C**t missed them. It shows how tight their family is but I also felt so bad for him. But… he’s picking up new hobbies to stay busy like guitar! C**t, your personality and drive are going to take you so far in life! Keep being the Few that you are!

Kaylee Reynolds… Lakeside Senior. Poor Kaylee was supposed to shoot on a warm August evening but ended up having emergency surgery so had to reschedule to a mid Sept morning. And let’s just say it wasn’t super warm. We could see her breath in that crisp Fall sunrise. It was cool but brrr. Sorry Kaylee!!! I was fascinated listening to her tell me about some of her interests. One of them being neuroscience. She is super interested in the connection between the brain and how it affects the physical body. She’s pretty dang smart too because I literally almost couldn’t track her. Kaylee also plays hockey and is from the south and has the cutest accent ever! You are a little ray of sunshine and bundle of smiles Kaylee and I loved getting to meet you so much!
