If you're looking for some of the most creative and entertaining photography in St. Louis of pets and their people, you found it. I love taking photos.

I am an artist and photographer in Saint Louis. Best known for my photobooth series and book Tails from the Booth. I am an animal activist so my focus is helping shelter pets though photography. So beyond dogs, I am diverse in photographing many other subjects. I enjoy people just as much. I studied Fine Art Photography, went on to have a career in Commercial Photography where I learned many nuances of lighting and over the years have combined these with my love of theatre and set design and have amassed an array of diverse photographs.

Remembering sweet Rocky. ❤️

We spent a warm afternoon wandering through Tower Grove Park, letting Rocky set the pace and enjoying a little time together.

Rocky has since said his goodbyes, but I'm so glad we were able to capture a little piece of his life with the people who loved him most.

I'm currently dealing with a very scary veterinary emergency with one of my own dogs, Meiko, and the unexpected expense is significant.

A favorite session from last fall at one of my go-to locations this time of year. From the rocky overlooks to the beautiful golden light, there's so much variety in one little area.

One of those sessions I've been meaning to share. A beautiful fall afternoon, a sweet senior girl, and her two favorite people.

We put this session together at the last minute, choosing a favorite spot close to home and taking things at her pace, knowing their time together was limited. So much love in this little collection of photos.

Tribute Sessions for aging and terminally ill pets will always be some of the most meaningful work I do.

And just like that, we're starting to talk holiday sessions! 🍂🌲

One of my absolute favorite spots for late fall and early winter portraits is this beautiful little woodland park. The rows of cedar trees create the prettiest natural backdrop, even after the fall leaves have disappeared everywhere else. Perfect for those who want a little seasonal feel without going full-on Christmas!

Can't make November 15? The park is beautiful all on its own, and I can accommodate other dates throughout November and December. Just keep in mind that daylight gets limited, temperatures drop, and that last bit of fall color won't stick around forever. Think cozy sweaters, coats, and blankets as we head into winter!

If outdoor holiday photos are on your list this year, I'd encourage you to book sooner rather than later. And if staying warm sounds more appealing, I'll have indoor holiday studio options available, too!
