3️⃣ A myth you hear from buyers or sellers and the truth.
“I hear this every week: [myth]. Here’s what’s actually happening.” Positioning yourself as the person who cuts through the noise is worth more than any boosted post.
4️⃣ A neighborhood walk.
Not a tour. Just you, your phone, and the street you love. Show buyers why people want to live there. This content makes agents synonymous with places, which is the highest-value position you can hold in this market.
5️⃣ A genuine reaction from a closing or a showing.
Not staged. Not scripted. The moment a buyer walks into the home and knows it’s the one. That content is irreplaceable and it’s already happening in your day.
The agents who are impossible to ignore in their market aren’t posting more than everyone else. They’re posting things worth stopping for and they are showing their personality and authority.
