This little, blued eyed angel arrived on a cloud (that looked suspiciously like a fluffy collie dog) along with her family, and we had a lovely session in the fall garden. 🌸

Autumn arrived so fast this year it felt sometimes like I couldn't keep up with the colors as they burst onto the landscape. Sessions like this help to slow down time for a moment and then give the option to revisit anytime. A reminder of how beautiful the day was and how love looks. xo

Riding a horse and taking photos at the same time was a new experience. Would I do it again? Heck yeah! But with a strap this time. ;) The photos do not do justice to the beauty of this 1,000 acre property or to the horses and women that run it. Folks from around the world book these rides and as a local who grew up just down the road from the barns, I cannot recommend it enough.

This was my third autumn meeting up with this beautiful family. Seeing how the kids have gown each year is such a pleasure to document, and I always walk away from our sessions with a smile on my face.

Being on the edge of the marsh as it turned to gold felt like entering into an untouched world. Seasons change so quickly, but photos let us return when we want to step back into the moment.
