Anybody else have songs that automatically make you cry? For me, it’s this one. It feels a little too close to home, with having two girls that seem to have grown up so quickly.

When I know it’s going to be a beautiful night, and I don’t have a shoot booked, I’ll often try to get my girls to go to a new spot with me to try it out. Charlie and I went flower picking NH Seacoast Farmer Florist | Weddings | Flower Bar, which felt like a pretty magical spot to take photos. I definitely needed these to have a permanent spot on my grid. Her curly fly away hairs, friendship bracelets she worked on all summer, her favorite necklace, her long eye lashes and the adorable freckles on her face. I want to remember it all 🤍

In denial that my kids are going back to school next week. August really needs at least one more week in it.

I first met Laura 5 years ago when she brought her oldest to one of the mom & baby classes I was teaching. At the time, I was working as a Child Development Specialist and teaching classes for parents and their little ones. Fast forward a few years (and a few more kids!), and I’m lucky to now call her a friend. 🤍
