Compliments like these make my heart so happy and full! 🥹 it was definitely such a great surprise with both too because the first kiddo wasn’t really into getting photos done but listened and did the photos anyways… 🥰 and the second was a teenager with some challenges and his mom told me he was extra anxious and uncomfortable in his outfit so I wanted to help make him feel as comfortable as possible and then after hearing him say he liked me, oh boy, my heart soared 🥰 these are the things that I truly love about my job — connecting with families and kiddos and making them feel comfortable and like themselves in front of the camera 💖 it’s taken me almost 20 years (eww lol) to figure out that’s one of my superpowers as a photographer and feedback from clients is so awesome - so PSA - love on your photographer and let them know why they are awesome to you 🫶 plus they need it! It’s busy season 😅

Super excited to share these ❤️ A longtime friend from the gym booked me to do this family session and I’m so glad I was able to do these for them. Their beautiful girls were nervous and didn’t know what to do, but of course they were naturals and had some fun too. By the end they were asking to see the photos on the camera and after showing them quite a few everyone was excited and couldn’t wait to see these — finally the sneak peek they’ve been waiting for is here!

Last mini session from Queeny Park and such a gorgeous sunset and fun family with all littles 🥰 I might be crazy but I really do love running around chasing these little guys to see what face I can capture 😆 Toddlers are my favorite!!

Taking photos isn’t for everyone 🤷‍♀️
Session started out great, then little one decided she wasn’t having it 😆 I got the best we could and gotta say, first time for everything! But seriously, I’ve always thought the idea of showing up to have a complete stranger take pictures of you - was such a strange concept and completely understand when kiddos just dont want to!

Big shoutout to mom and dad for keeping their cool and we got some great shots regardless 🥰 sometimes you don’t need to look and smile.

Starting the Queeny Park mini session sneak peeks! 🍂

It’s so fun switching things up and photographing at different locations. Not to mention catching up with old friends! I haven’t seen this family in about 5-6 years, when their oldest was just a baby and we did fall mini sessions in this same spot! Now they have two sweet boys. So fun to catch up 🥰
